The sales software you are using on this website for Instant Quotes is provided by SD3D Printing Inc. (SD3D). By using this software you accept terms defined by SD3D for the use of  Printelize software by Rapid Prototypes Ltd. You agree your data to be stored on Printelize and GoDaddy  servers.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that information presented on this website is accurate you shall indemnify and hold harmless Rapid Prototypes Ltd. from and against any loss, liability, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) suffered or incurred by Rapid Prototypes Ltd. arising from decisions or actions that you took as a result of inaccurate information on this website.

Cancellation of Orders by a Customer

Due to the nature of Rapid Prototyping & 3D Printing Services, you cannot cancel your order after it goes into production.

Force Majeure

In the unusual even there is a major technical issue at one of our production facilities such a power outage or other reasons why we cannot accept your order during the entire ordering and manufacturing process, even after us providing a Firm Quotation and you have paid for your order. ( Such reasons could be but not limited to , an act of God,  the features of your model, the infeasibility of manufacturing the model, the destination of the delivery you indicated on your order etc.).  We reserve the right to cancel your order, we will contact you and provide a full refund.

We are not liable for any damage or cost caused by a delay in shipping or us failing to meet estimated lead times.

Accuracy

We run top of the line production machines from 3D Systems and Stratasys. We have highly trained staff that tune our machine to achieve the highest quality. We do pride ourselves on providing the highest quality parts we can using the best production systems. Due to the nature of Rapid Prototyping & 3D Printing Services, Rapid Prototypes Ltd. does not guarantee any part to any degree of accuracy. this is due to the fact that parts can suffer unexpected shrinkage due to their geometry which can escape our general quality control checks.

Lead Times & Shipping

Please note lead times are not guaranteed. In most circumstances we will normally ship you part in the shortest time indicated in the Service. ie. Most Express Service parts are shipped in 2 days. In the unusual even that shipping is delayed for any unexpected reason we will discount for Express Service orders to Standard or Economy Rates. Standard Serves orders that are delays we will discounted to the Economy Level rates. Economy orders will not receive a discount if they are delayed.

We are not liable for any damage or cost caused by a delay in shipping or us failing to meet estimated lead times.

Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. If you register on this website you are responsible for the Security of your username and Password.

Access to this Site is limited to viewing the linked web pages solely for legitimate business or personal purposes to access the information provided by Rapid Prototypes Ltd. and using this site to use the services, product requests and any other interactive modules.
